Shell Packages

We understand that you may want to leave your own mark on your Tiny Home so we also offer shell packages that allow you to do just that. We will handle the technical aspects of the build so you can put your own finishing touches on it.

Our standard shell package includes the trailer, framing, plumbing/gas, electrical, windows/door, insulation, and exterior finishes to ensure that you have a well built and safe structure as a starting point.

 

We can also finish your home beyond the basics to any stage you wish. Not all construction is a DIY project and we want to ensure our customers have a product that is built to last and that puts their safety and the safety of others first.
